Ina's Pesto Tomatoes
I made these roasted tomatoes with pesto after seeing them on Ina's show. They were rewarmed before dinner and tasted great, but it was hard to get enough salt into each bite.
We are three sisters who hail from a meat-eating Denver home.
The oldest, based in MI, eats everything except poultry.
The middle, based in London, is a vegetarian who thinks about a vegan diet, but loves French cheese and yogurt too much.
The youngest, based in LA, eats everything execpt pork, incased meats, and mostly avoids red meat.
Our passion is cooking and eating good food and this is our platform for sharing recipes with each other.
