Salad with Miso-Ginger Dressing
This Smitten Kitchen recipe is delicious. I imagined it would be like the salad at Benihana, but it wasn't quite that. It was better. I encourage you to make this, soon!
I bought miso for the first time, at an Asian grocery.
We are three sisters who hail from a meat-eating Denver home.
The oldest, based in MI, eats everything except poultry.
The middle, based in London, is a vegetarian who thinks about a vegan diet, but loves French cheese and yogurt too much.
The youngest, based in LA, eats everything execpt pork, incased meats, and mostly avoids red meat.
Our passion is cooking and eating good food and this is our platform for sharing recipes with each other.
