Farro and Tomato Salad with Fish-Sauce Vinaigrette
This Farro and Tomato Salad with Fish-Sauce Vinaigrette tasted differently than expected, and was liked by all. I recommend using a lot of green onions, and keep them pretty long, I cut mine too short.
We are three sisters who hail from a meat-eating Denver home.
The oldest, based in MI, eats everything except poultry.
The middle, based in London, is a vegetarian who thinks about a vegan diet, but loves French cheese and yogurt too much.
The youngest, based in LA, eats everything execpt pork, incased meats, and mostly avoids red meat.
Our passion is cooking and eating good food and this is our platform for sharing recipes with each other.
