Soba Noodle Salad with Salmon and Asparagus
This Soba salad is super simple, and not too heavy on any one flavor. I didn't end up adding in the salmon or the asparagus as I just wanted to make the sauce, but I can see it being much better with salmon.
We are three sisters who hail from a meat-eating Denver home.
The oldest, based in MI, eats everything except poultry.
The middle, based in London, is a vegetarian who thinks about a vegan diet, but loves French cheese and yogurt too much.
The youngest, based in LA, eats everything execpt pork, incased meats, and mostly avoids red meat.
Our passion is cooking and eating good food and this is our platform for sharing recipes with each other.
