Carrot Salad with Harissa


This recipe comes from Smitten Kitchen and was quite easy and tasty.  The spices add really good flavor.  I skipped the caraway seeds and added a little more cumin.  I had harissa (powdered) from the Savory Spice in Denver.  I didnt end up using the feta b/c I accidentally bought goat cheese and ended up just leaving it out.  Overall, an easy delicious side dish.
